Dr. Carmel Cleetus and Dr. Blessy Philip met at the University of Houston, where their shared passion for eye care grew into a lasting friendship. After completing their degrees, life led them both to Dallas, where each began to build their own career. Over the next ten-plus years, they practiced independently, gaining valuable experience across different clinical settings. During this time, they continued to support one another—exchanging ideas, discussing patient care. With over 20 years of combined experience, they decided to join together and create a practice founded on personalized, compassionate, and high-quality eye care.
